Looks like a rather dark alpine-med. Roundish face, small forehead. His cheekbones are a bit broad for a med though.

how do you figure? He has a broad head, roundish features, and a broad nose, week chin, short forehead. His pigment is off, but his features look alpine-med to me. I consider myself alpine med, and this fella and I wouldnt be too too different if he was lighter or I was darker skinned.
