No. The question is about who is white. Not all Jewish groups (if any) would be considered white. If we're talking from a phenotypical perspective, maybe 50-60% pass well in Europe.

That doesn't answer the question: Some people at Apricity define it as European based, but that doesn't apply to the way that everyone understands it. And, there's a world outside of the Apricity. The U.S. Census Bureau defines Whites as people "having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East or North Africa."
