How do you distinguish between a Bulgarian and a Romanian?

Like when people say something like "That guy looks more like a Romanian than a Bulgarian" or "That girl looks more like a Bulgarian than a Romanian", how do they do it? Are there any distinct facial features (skin colour, eye colour, skull shape, etc.) possessed by Bulgarians that differentiates them from the Romanians (or vice versa)?

Maybe the Bulgarian may have more Slavic mix.

We are much more stronger than them,and look more robust,Romanians are Vlach Pontids with weak frames,they resemble Greeks more than us.

I don't know, i never heard such statements.
