Im not sure but i think there is not, once Russia wanted to bring it into UN but America voted against. Now they want to blackmail the serbian people but didnt even blackmailed nazi germany, the nuremberg trials condemned nazi genocide thats it, there was no UN resolution why srebrenica needs a un resolution?

Because it happened 20 years ago, in Europe after the "never again", because it was UN failure to implement its decision of protecting a city after disarming it and because Serbs deny the genocide while paradoxaly apology this at any occasion like a soccer match, tennis match with "noz zica Srebrenica". It is not blackmailing just denouncing barbary for a better future. Nazis don't exist anymore, their only voice is on the Web, if they are not already in jail while most of Serbs support the genocide, minimize it or blame the victims.

21st November 2014.

Russian Federation wanted to convince UN to fight against glorification of nazizm - the USA, Canada and Ukraine were against. 115 of 193 countries with membership in UN have voted. 55 countries abstained from voting, 3 were against. Ukraine explained its stance by argumenting that as long as stalinism and neo-stalinism is still glorified in same level as nazism and neo-nazism, they will not be able to vote in favour. Anyway, as far as I know, it passed.

Neo Nazism and Nazism is illegal in Germany. Being a nazi, denying holocaust or glorifying any aspect of nazi regime in Germany is a sure way to lose a career and future.
Being a chetnik, denying genocide, justifying it, is a sure way for success in Serbia. That is the difference.

UN resolutions don't mean shit. In fact the UN itself is irrelevant.
