My gym added a crossfit section and they added rings. My first day on the rings, with no practice, I was able to do a regular pull up then swing my self upside down and do upside pull ups and then swing all the way 360 back onto my feet. When you can do shit like that without practice you know you are extremely physically fit.
Here is a guy doing upside down pull ups but the rings he is using are a lot closer to the ground so he didn't have to do a regular pull up first to get into position to do the upside down pull up :

Anyway, basically I'm like a modern day ninja and are the special forces worldwide.
