I think Cape Verdeans and Dominicans both look significantly more African than does the average Puerto Rican.

I think Cape Verdeans and Dominicans both look significantly more African than does the average Puerto Rican.

The average Dominican look very black, while Puerto Rican is more diverse and has more mostly Caucasoid people than African.
