I think she looks like mestiza or castiza.

Not Berid IMO. I also initially thought Latin American ancestry as well, but having partial Gypsy ancestry makes sense as well. I'd say mix of Atlanto-Med & something Gypsy (not really a phenotype, but not sure how to describe) in terms of classification.

Compared to the TV presenter who looks Mestiza she looks completely white.
First two comments Berid, Alpine-Med.
Then you wrote that her mother was a Gypsy...
That her mother is a Gypsy means nothing.
In Russia some Roma look like southern Europeans for example.
