Similar results with a Greek with Asia Minor roots I share with. (regarding higher Italian than Balkan, high MENA and East Asian)
A woman from Chios I share with has also similar results (but she doesn't score East Asian)
A man from Kefalonia is also very similar.

So my guess is Asia Minor>East Aegean>Ionian

Anyway the answer is Kalymnos, in the Dodecanese.
