I had a brief dalliance with casual sportswear until I realised that in some parts of town I would be laughed off the street.

I find it had to understand how the eternal British search for a style has ended in casual sportswear.

The white Lacoste trainers found their way to the dustbin as I smartened up again, saving myself a small fortune in the process.

I own an Burberry cap. Yes, the ultimate chav accessory! I got it on eBay for £10 a few months ago.

I haven't worn it out yet, but in the mirror, it's really amazing how a single piece of clothing (and an 'accessory', at that) that can completely change your charachter so much. I love it!.
I view my wearing of it as 'class solidarity'. ;)
