Milan Banov is a Macedonian author, awarded abroad, columnist and media editor and owner. I think that he looks like a typical Macedonian, with the characteristic hint of some Levantine strain. That he is middle-aged and that the photo is of low quality is not helpful, but do you notice anything Arabid or Turkmanoid in Coon's definition as being one of secondary components? Classify

I wouldn't say he is typical for Macedonia but moreso for Greece and Bulgaria. I have never seen this look among Macedonians in Slovenia.

Fyromans are very mixed people, from certain regions they look entirely like this mongrel.

Aren't "Fyromans" just ethnic Bulgarians with recent national identity?

Fyromans are a mix of different races and mongrels with no identity created by Tito.

Some sort of Armenid with with some Darvidian admixture. I don't see anything European in his phenotype...
