Southern Italians cluster with Greeks genetically are are mostly Greek in ancestry (Magna Graecia) :) nowadays' Greeks seem to have a minor CM influence that lacks in Southern Italy (or it is Berid there, while in Greece is not). so I would say yes, why not. thinking of some Greek football players, totally

'' magna greece'' and modern greeks have nothing to do with each other, genetically or historically.

Dude looks more western mediterranean, could pass in Italy and Spain, not so much in Greece. Not that you would be picked out of a crowd either. :)

I know Sardinians who look like him, the eyes shape, the eyebrows, the nose and mouth have a Sardinian look, the hair instead look strange, it's quite rare a Sardinian male with curly hair, it's more frequent among women

No, and to be totally honest, you don't look Sicilian either.

You look mixed Med and Amerindian, like someone from Latin America.

And since your page says "Latino" as meta ethnicity which everyone knows means Latin American, I am surprised you are Sicilian tbh.
