As someone else said an intermediate between Bantu and Nilotid. Pure Negroid (passes in Rwanda, Burundi and E Congo really well)

negroid is the master african race.
sudanid and nilotid is the sub race of negroid(sahel region).
bantu is the most largest ethnic group of sub saharan Africa.
