TRUE, and NO all Brazilians are like that. Southern Brazil (Parana, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande Do Sul), and a great part of South Eastern Brazil (Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo) is full of TONS of very white people of Portuguese, Spanish (these mostly concentrated in Sao Paulo state) and Italian descent, aside of people with other European ancestries, such as German, Polish, etc.

This is yet another click-bait thread made to stirr controversy and for some strange people to comment your replies in other boards. Someone by PM showed me a forum where they have hundreds, literally hundreds of pages dedicated exclusively to comment on Apricity's reactions to troll-threads, "discussing" apricity posters and even hundreds of pages particularly dedicated to discuss photos of dark and exotic Iberians and insist on how "delusional" and "butthurt" Iberian-Apricians are. For real, all the other threads barely have any replies. This is all they care about to the point of obsession. I suspect that many of this threads are opened with the sole purpose to have something else to comment in those forums.

So best advice to Iberian-Apricians, don't feed the trolls....don't reply to this threads. This isn't science. You are not going to become a "moor" or a "visigoth" all of a sudden because someone in the internet said so.

Besides, haven't Spaniards always prided in the expression "Spain is different"? I really find this internet behavior very strange. It produces me a big case of cognitive dissonance; I have never seen a real life Spaniard worried wether he would be seen as "Saharid" or "Berid" lol.

And this fake Italian vs Iberian thing going on? I have seen it here for a couple years already. WTF is it about?

I know the apple falls near your tree, but it still isn't your tree, and even if all of the people in the photo were actual portuguese, and they may very well be . Even if that mulatto-seeming girl is cape-verdean in origin you don't know her life enough to judge as "non ethnic", she may have aportuguese/iberian mom or dad and ad been raised in portugal and know nothing but Portuguese life, and to me, that qualifies; or maybe not, but in either case we don't know. This thread is clickbait and the usual suspects are biting the bait.

close the taxonomic section is unnecesary. A bit more active moderation removing threads that are doubled (or tripled, or cuadroupled) along with moderating personal insults between members would be enough. As I said before the Taxonomic section as it stands now is nothing but a massive splinter of the Troll carnival.


I am also inviting all sensible users in generla and Iberians in particular not to participate in such trollfests that are filled with hatred and racism hidden in plain sight. Since you have not responded to any of my questions this will be the only time the last time I am answering yours.
