The results fit in with being 1/4 or 1/8 German. The GEDmatch calculators seem to have a bias towards German for British/Irish and northern French.

It's very hard to tell, they are all very close to each others genetically. You could try MDLP K23b there s more British isles samples but it won't give you much more insights, just where you end up close to, if you are a mix of all this (and German)

Your East German ancestry popping up may explain why some slavic influences are being referenced within the calculator.

I do have some French from Alsace ancestry but it's from the late 1700s and early 1800s.

I would say this is quite plausible since your overwhelmingly British Isles from your 23andme results so the corresponding reference populations will more or less gravitate most towards British Isles reference populations since this is where the majority of your genetic makeup comes from autosomally.

You slip into the mix that many Americans are in here. A British/Irish & Germanic mix.. Which means you could match English, Germans, Dutch etc..

The AC itself I'd ignore. There's too much inconsistency.

why is Baltic and Eastern Euro so high on some of the project calculators?
I've noticed most that have it have it in a decent amount for me.
