I have put my raw data through some of the most acclaimed Admixes but have no clue how to interpret the results. I guess my question is, broadly speaking, what am I? Looking back at my family history has been extremely difficult thus far as my mother passed away when I was young meaning I have little contact with her side of the family. All I know is that her side of the family has been in Sussex, England for the past 150 years or so. My paternal grandmother was adopted as a baby and has no idea about her heritage. I will try to answer any questions!

Your results seem to fit with someone of British/Western European ancestry. You probably have a German ancestor somewhere along the line as well.

It looks like just very British Isles ancestries with high N.Atlantic. It comes out Germanic as usual and hit North Dutch first, there could be some WestGerman/Northern France or something else around, but really too hard to tell as everything is so close in the region and there s not any clear pattern or anything very unusual in the admix (maybe slightly high east med / low west med).
