Are Nordics depigmented Mediterraneans?

Nordics and Mediterraneans have similar facial structures (with slight differences). I was wondering if Nordics are basically depigmented Mediterraneans that produced blonde hair and blue eyes as a result of natural selection and genetic drift.

Not at all, Nordids have very dolicocephalic skull shapes while Mediterranean skull shapes can range from dolicocephalic to mesocephalic. I guess some people can be viewed as pigmented or depigmented of both subraces vice versa.

Which Mediterraneans? Nordics seem to be mostly a mixture of Ice Age Basques and Ice Age Serbs/Bulgars who migrated north-east and north as hunter-gatherers.

Basically, Nordics and Mediterraneans share a lot of ancestry, but not all of it. Therefore, no, Nordics are not depigmented Mediterraneans.

No, Nords are possibly evolved from Meds (more info still awaits for determination) but their features are (in general) sharper, less infantile, with usually (again, not always, but generally), rectangular faces, with Meds having typically (but not always) oval faces.
I use qualifiers because no race is pure.
