A new report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by Russia’s foreign military intelligence directorate (GRU) states that a former top United States Senator, Ted Stevens, was assassinated this week after he attempted to gather evidence “proving” that President Obama has unleashed America’s devastating “weather weapons” against the World.

As we had previously reported on in our August 3rd report titled “Russia Burns, China Drowns: US To Blame?” Russian research scientist Dr. Andrey Areshev has joined the ranks of International scientists and experts stating their belief that the extreme weather chaos currently battering our Planet is being caused by the Tesla technology based weapons systems directed from Alaska’s High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, otherwise known as HAARP.

Now according to this GRU report, Senator Stevens was approached less than a fortnight ago by his longtime friend and Alaskan bush pilot Theron “Terry” Smith whose son-in-law, Alaskan Air National Guard Major Aaron W. Malone, was killed on July 28th after having his C-17 US Military aircraft “targeted” by a HAARP “Tesla Beam” while in the air over Anchorage, Alaska causing it to crash and explode upon impact killing all aboard. [Note: The Russian translation for “targeted” as used in this report does not assign HARRP blame as it includes an “accidental” verb component.]

Upon Senator Stevens beginning his investigation into HAARP’s causing the crash of the Major Malone’s C-17, this report continues, he enlisted the aid of two powerful Washington power brokers, oil fortune heir William “Bill” Phillips Sr. and former NASA administrator Sean O’Keefe.

Phillips was a longtime ally and supporter of Senator Stevens and as the heir to the Phillips Petroleum fortune is said in these reports to have in the past used his vast fortune to privately finance US intelligence “activities” to support his countries efforts to gain access to Global oil reserves.

Phillips had long warned Americans that the United States does not have any big oil companies. And it’s true: the largest American oil company, Exxon Mobil, is only the 14th largest in the World and is dwarfed by the really big oil companies — all owned by foreign governments or government- sponsored monopolies — that dominate the World’s oil supply.

Wait...seriously? Obama is shooting ex-senators out of the sky with lasers?

Wait...seriously? Obama is shooting ex-senators out of the sky with lasers?

Technically, the means to do so exists. And if the Senator was correct, which he could very well be, then he also has the motive -- and the law on his side to do so.

Every time lasers are mentioned, my heart leaps in anticipation that we're one step closer to the ultimate in awesome:

This is HAARP;

It is NOT a laser array, it is a high frequency radio signal transmitter. I worked in the field, at 3 levels above top secret.

The last time someone brought it up, the the blame was towards causing the earthquake in Haiti.

The laser technology may exist, but the equipment with the range to consistently be useful as a weapon does not. My wife worked in that field, at 3 levels above top secret.

I tend to agree.. There's alot of good one can do with that kind of technology that can be used to benefit mankind immensely. But assassinating people for exposing criminal activity is not one of them imo..

Cool.. I have a few questions though: If it is incapable of being used as a weapon then why was the equipment purchased for the Strategic Defense Initiative, owned by the Military? Generally, hardware owned by the Military are used as part of a Military operation. I remain skeptical.

If I understand the basic research correctly, the magnetics over the pole would likely wage havoc with the electronics in nuclear missiles.

Understand the magnetics (and the Van Allen belt) understand how to harden the electronics.

This is a continuation of the Cold War by other means in my view.

Kind of like a first gen version of the golf ball (http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1652780,00.html).

Even if Ted Stevens had such crucial evidence against President Obama, no one would have believed him.
Ted Stevens good name was dragged through the dirt after being convicted and later dismissed of
seven felony counts of concealing more than a quarter of a million dollars in house renovations and gifts from VECO Corp. a powerful oil contractor that lobbied him for government aid.
Whether he was shot down by the Haarp prodject, I don't know.
What is Ironic in all of this is that Senator Ted Stevens lost his reelection campaign to Mark Begich who's father was U.S. Representative Nick Begich who in 1972 was aboard a twin engine Cessna 310 along with House Majority Leader Hale Boggs of Louisiana when the plane disappeared during a flight from Anchorage to Juneau.
For more Irony you have Dr. Nick Begich, brother to Mark who is one of the authors of Angels Don't Play This Haarp.
Dr. Nick Begich being somewhat of an outspoken authority against the HAARP project.

Then we agree that this has the potential to be used as a weapon? The inventor of HAARP bragged openly about it's ability to control the weather with it, and the patent states:

"Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.

... molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence. For example, ozone, nitrogen, etc., concentrations in the atmosphere could be artificially increased. "

Kind of like a first gen version of the golf ball (http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1652780,00.html).

Looks like the system is an upgraded version of "over the horizon, backscatter" equipment, on steroids. However, the range quoted, 6000 miles loop (NY to SF) to spot a baseball, I think not.

It takes an awful big antenna with humongous power to get resolution of that magnitude, even with processing the digital image telemetry to synthesize an antenna of sufficient size to capture the radar echo at the distance touted.

X-band, that what a lot of the lower tech police radar guns use, the sensors on automatic doors and alarm systems (motion detection). You'd need a lot of computing power to filter out that sort of clutter, even stationing it at Attu, ships's radars are often in the X band...

Oh, most certainly, very little that the military-industrial complex touches is for strictly peaceful purposes.

BTW, Mrs Pip's specialties were seeker systems, terminal guidance packages, ballistic guidance electronics, Synthetic Aperture radar and digital image processing, with tours at two weapons' labs and Strategic Air Command HQ.

I spent time as a communications specialist at SAC HQ, after my combat engineering days.

Hence both of us having been "cleared for weird."
