nothing nordic in his features, although he has blue eyes. Blue eyes is not something shared only by Nordic people. He actually looks very very southern European.

Blue eyes are found everywhere in Europe. Doesn't mean you're Nordic. Heck, I've seen a few negroids with blue eyes.

It looks like he has African admixture. I don't see anything Nordic about him at all and I think he'd look atypical pretty much anywhere in Europe.
