There is no such thing as a "Nepalese ethnicity". There are 102 ethnic groups in Nepal.

What would you guess she is ethnically ?

Most likely Newar but she could be a lot of ethnicities.

Can she pass in regions of South East Asia? She looks mixed, part East Asian and part Indid.
