Dad is clearly white. Mom is clearly a mixture of African and European. If she has Amerindian it must be too low to influence her look, she is mostly a mix of European and African.

She is. She likely has Amerindian too but it is not the reason she looks non-white.

I think in her pictures she looks white probably due to hair dye make up and possibly plastic surgeries

Maybe people think she's a Mestiza because that's what she tells them she is. She also looks like one. I never seen her as a white woman. She looks predominantly Euro but I still see some other non-Euro admixture too. She probably has some Amerindian in her. I'm sure she isn't 0% Amerindian. She could have Amerindian ancestry from both sides. You never know.

I've never considered Latino a race either. Anyone of any race,mixture,etc can be Latino if they're from or have origins,ancestry from one of those countries. People do stereotype them and think they all look a certain way. Most people think all Latinos are suppose to look Mestizo. I guess its kind of like that with the Germanic term too. Anyone could ethnicity be Germanic or partly Germanic if they're from or they have significant ancestry from a Germanic country. Just like with Latino's,they're stereotyped to look a certain way.

I think it is a safe assumption that is part of her ancestry, especially her being of Puerto Rican descent increases that likelihood.
