There's no way she's more than half SSA. I don't think she's even half SSA. She looks like she's somewhere between a Mulatto and a Quadroon. You do mean she looks more than half Euro,right?

Most likely one full Euro parent, and one light skinned Black parent (minor Euro admixture).

It'd be strange to say something like 57.54% Euro, 17.435 - 24.543 SSA in this case, but like Zhaoyun said, she's likely the result of one full blooded European parent, and one lightskinned African-Whatever parent. Likely the African side itself would have some European input that would trickle down the line into her.
