Good deal. I respect Mr. Irving. If anyone can tell me why this man is a poor historian without resorting to ad hominems, I'd love to hear it.

I read 'The Destruction of Convoy PQ.17' when I was a teenager and reading through every WWII book in the county library, and thought it was excellent.

I picked up "Rommel: The Trail of the Fox" from a bookstore in Vienna while I was touring Europe some years back (a year or 2 before he was arrested there), another excellent book.

I'd read others if I had the time :thumb001:
