Ishmaelites are half semite, half egyptian...is there genetic evidence of this?

We have all heard the Biblical account that Ishmael is half semite (Abraham was technically from Iraq) and half Egyptian from his mother Haggar..that being said, a large amount of Ishmaelite or northern arabian blood should be Egyptian... is there any evidence of this? Has this ever been looked into? For the atheists who are reading this, we get that you don't believe in the Bible...all im asking is if it's been ever looked into to verify it's authenticity (genetics of Ishmaelites)

Well, because of the lack of evidence for most of what is written in the Bible[s], your theory can be taken seriously.

As for Ishmaelites, I don't think it is a valid ethnic group (I've never heard of them as a distinct entity).
