Yeah, just because he's from Braga doesn't mean shit. At least two are not indigenous - I have family in the region and they know the politicos like the back of their hand. The women are native examples as are the rest of the males.

From this group they all look portuguese, the lady in question also, don't know if she passes or not in North Africa(some North African member should give an opinion) she looks portuguese, but than again i have seen some north africans who pass as portuguese, therefore the opposite also happens.
