Yes you're right for sahrawy and tuaregs. Nubians are in Egypt and yes he can also in Mauritania but it's not even North Africa anymore, it's a Sub Saharan country.

Baravo Obama approach However george clooney skin.. Altought Obama Is some shade darker maybe.. But he approach george clooney skin.. And george clooney look more like middle eastern..
Althought facial features they are different, and Obama more on the south than middle east.. Precisely where mediterranean mix with subsaharian (west Sahara, mauritania, touareg desert people ..)
