I think she looks very Italian. Like many central and northern Italians.
If she has some pseudo eastern look is maybe because she is from some of the Adriatic regions of the Italian peninsula (i.e. Abruzzo, Marche, etc) which are geographically closer to the Balkans. I think there is a considerable overlap between Italians from the Adriatic coasts and Serbian, Croatians, Slovenians, etc.
I am just speculating, anyways, because I don't know from where in Italy she is from.

I haven't been to Italy, but I am pretty familiarized with Italian phenotypes, because there are many Italian descent people among white Venezuelans. And many Italo-Venezuelan girls that I met back in Venezuela looked very similar to this girl.

She looks very similar to my niece who is half Irish, 1/4 Scot and 1/4 English.
