Exotic is one thing, but I wouldn't have guessed any of them as Italian. Well maybe the first one but only because he looks like a blonde Longbowman.

This girl looks very Sicilian... she is the only one in the first post who I'd guess as such right away. But I guess she can pass in the Levant also.

The two "depigmented" examples look French or North Italian, while the darker two look North African.
