it was a joke lol... Friuli has a pretty unique culture within Italy. But it is still Italian. They have been associated with Venice since the fall of the Gothic Kingdom and the Romans before that. Rhaeti before that I suppose.

Here's a Venetian result. Difference is they score even less Italian. Keep in mind some Southern(not Sicilians or Calabrese)/Central Italians can score 100% Italian.

Indeed they are; Friuli is to the east of Veneto, on the border with Slovenia.

Not all the Furlans look like him and Furlans are still Italian but it's true that many Furlans look like him.
