She moved to Sweden when she was 3, her background definitely surprised me

Yes she is atypical. I think that you are biased because I told her ancestry. I see Syrians and Lebanese every day and they don't look like this. Not just pigmentation, facial features too.

i think such pheno are more common among Syrians than Lebanese, the whiteness of Lebanese people is overrated tbh even when they are light skin they still look very Middle Eastern
the average Syrian looks Middle Eastern but i have seen my fair share of Syrians who look European (my experience in America)

As the title says, atypical. She looks more "whiter" or mainstream European than many southern Italian-Sicilian Americans. She don't really look like a typical Syrian-Lebanese.

The last crusade was like 800 years ago, I don't find that a possibility. No way it could affect her phenotype.

I think she looks Western European, like French. Anyway we need to stop calling light Lebanese "Norman" or "Crusader" etc. These people left limited genetic impact anywhere except the UK.

Phenotypes pop up once in a while in mixed people.

Yes, but 800 years is way too much. It's impossible to affect her phenotype. Only if she lived in some kind of remote crusader village that's stayed pure :D

Dinarized Atlanto-Med or Atlantid or Western-Med.
Can pass in France, Italy, Spain, England, Swiss and other country.
She is not the most atypical for sweden, but her "style" of pseudo-Asian eyes allows her not to look totally as atypical in Sweden.
