Creepy Ultra-realistic SEX Robots are Facing UK Ban
SOPHISTICATED sex robots are unnecessary, undesirable and should be BANNED, a new campaign has claimed.

A campaign has been launched to try and ban the development of ultra-realistic sex robots.

https://thenewsnow99.files.wordpress.com/2015/09/sex-robots-roxxxy-sexbots-having-sex-with-robots-advanced-sex-robots-ban-uk-we-should-ban-sex-robots-should-be-banned-sex-robots-605284.jpg?w=300&h=178

Using sophisticated robotics to develop realistic human dolls capable of performing sex acts is “very disturbing indeed,” said campaign leader Dr Kathleen Richardson.

Sex dolls are increasingly becoming more and more realistic, with many manufacturers now striving to build artificial intelligence into the products.

But Dr Richardson – a robot ethicist at De Montfort University, in Leicester – is hoping to raise awareness of the issue and persuade those working on the advanced sex ‘bots to rethink their technology.

The news comes weeks after Dr Helen Driscoll – a leading on authority on the psychology of sex and relationships – claimed sex with robots would become the social norm within the next 50 years.

“Sex Tech is already advancing at a pace and in 50 years’ time physical relationships will seem very primitive,” she said.

But Dr Richardson strongly disagrees.

The De Montfort academic told the BBC: “Sex robots seem to be a growing focus in the robotics industry and the models that they draw on – how they will look, what roles they would play – are very disturbing indeed.”

Dr Richardson believes humanoid sex robots reinforce traditional and damaging stereotypes of women.

It also perpetuates the view that a relationship does not need to be more than simply physical.

While this may sound like the beginning of a dystopian future, to ban it would be a breach of individual freedom. They aren't explicitly harming anyone.

They do harm women, by taking away what little value they have left. Most sexual relationships these days have devolved into men looking for a hole in which to empty their balls and women deluded into thinking that providing that hole makes them strong, independent and fulfilled. It isn't hard to see how easy it would be for sex robots to tear apart the already worn out fabric of society, in the same way their cousins, workforce robots, threaten the collapse of the world economy. They are cheap, they require no satisfaction and they won't discriminate any man no matter how inferior.

No this is good.... It'll keep creeps and future pedo's off the streets.

Better to have them unleash years of untapped sexual fustration on a robot, than some poor female....

I don't like the idea of sex robots but individual freedom is more important. If a guy is so pathetic to buy one and he's not hurting anyone so be it.

I agree.

Many people destroy their health with smoking and drinking, if those things are allowed I don't see why this shouldn'tr.

Does that apply to women who buy vibrators?

At the very least; it will satisfy sexually frustrated people in their own privacy. As sad as it may be; it may have its benefits in the long run for some people.

It's weird but if someone has the need and is minding his own business that's all that matters I guess.

Women who own vibrators are sexually frustrated and a failure. The only exception is if it is only used as part of sex roleplay with a real partner.

I would keep such a sex machine at home if it is 100% realist and feels and looks like a woman - I would take one looking like a porn star, like Asa Akira, Alexis Texas, Maddy O'Reilly or other perfect porn star. I would mostly doggy it. it would be wonderful

It's like this guy who organized a protest against the Snugglehouse in Madison WI (where people could pay $60/hr. for cuddling) on the grounds that it "commodified human affection." The place ended up getting shut down by the police anyway because it was inconceivable to them that such a place could exist and not be a secret whorehouse.

It's stupid because our society is already sexually, emotionally and physically repressed, so all a protest would do is make it even more difficult for tactile-deprived people to get what they need. The fact that the police shut the place down is a testament to how retarded our culture is towards anything sexual or physical. The protesters aren't liberators, they are a part of the problem.

They think human affection shouldn't be commodified? Well, sex is already commodified in our culture, but where are these people protesting engagement rings, the wedding industry, and other commercial ventures that use sex to sell products?

True. People are just products subject to the laws of Economic Theory. Our humanity and our moral code is a bad joke, ready to be ignored when it is convenient.

Lel? what about men who buy lube?

Having sex with a doll is certainly not Haram in Muslim societies because you don't lose your virginity as a male by doing so! It may even turn out to be beneficial to the general female population (from 6 to 96!) by reducing the rate of rape by non-indigenous individuals. I fully support its free sale all over the UK and the whole European Union. :thumb001:

This whole thing just seems to be people looking for something to be mad about for the sake of being mad about something in society

And the Middle East, especially in Egypt....... where sexual harrasment reign supreme.

Come to think of it India too, could benefit from this, being as it is rape/sexual harrasment capital of the world, it's ugly down there....

The last thing you'd want to be is a woman, in India... after midnight.

I have been to Egypt..I once went out on the street alone and I had a crowd behind me following me around ;) It was a bit comical.

With all its faults Egypt is still a great country to visit and Egyptians are some of the nicest people. They sure have a sense of humor.

We can forgive them. Although ideally people wouldn't even masturbate.

I never masturbated using lube, I suppose that's what you meant, but it must feel more like real sex.

Hmm.... I've seem this vibrator somewhere else I don't quite remember.

This Sex and the City episode definitely worked as a good form of advertising the product for middle-class american women.

I support the ban, or am I neutral to it.

I do wonder why it is that the British government (very liberal by the way) decided to rule against this sexual degeneracy, but supports other kinds?

This will probably be a bigger market for women than men.
