Everyone scores Senegal or Mali as their top component, comprising most of their African ancestry, but the remainder, sometimes reaching significant percentages, is "SE Bantu", which implies Angolan ancestry indeed exists in Cape Verde. Both being Portuguese colonies, that makes perfect sense.
African scores vary but the average is definitely in the 40% range.
