She is Russian, Belarussian or Ukrainian.But can be from Baltic states as well.

Paedomorphic Baltid, related to Kate Moss (http://i35.tinypic.com/2h38s3q.jpg) IMO. As for her nationality she could be Russian or Ukrainian(?)

Looks very East Slavic but she could be eventually from Poland/Baltic States. But if I had to guess one ethnicity, I would pick Russian or East Slavic in general. ;)

I agree but tell me what is difference between West Slavic look, South Slavic look and East Slavic look ?

There's a different distribution of races in all these 3 groups. East Slavs seem to be more Osteuropid but also (in case of Ukrainians) have more Pontid influences. West Slavs generally have more Alpinid/Dinarid elements. Well, it's difficult for me to describe in few words... :D

Usually you can see the "eastern vibe" in East Slavs.
