According to what I read, there is two main indigenous nations on the Philippines, that are Tagalogs and Visayans.
They are inhabit different regions and speak different languages. They do seems dislike each other.

Can you highlight a particular persons of this ethnicities from that images?
Why do Visayans considered as a second class people among Filipinos. What is the meaning behind that?

Because first and are mostly working class people and farmers are visayans. And tagalog are mostly city dwellers. Tagaligs were the first to the Philippines as well...so they see themselves more as the original natives
Majority of visayans are more recent southern mongoloid settlers who came around the 1000s AD
Difference is tagalog look more like Taiwanese aboriginals and visayans look more like mainland seasians like Lao and vietnamese.

they look like Thai/Tai/Dai/Zhuang who came from China and resemble Northeast Asians the most in Southeast Asia especially the Okinawan Japanese

According to what I read, there is no particular visual difference between different ethnic groups in this country, because they are all inhomogeneous and diverse (but maybe they may have different genetics according to their ancestries).

Tagalogs is a single dominant ethnic group of the state, that lives in the urban areas of the north including Metro Manila.
All other groups are a minorities, inhabiting the rural areas of the south.

The main reason of differentiation is exactly the language and it is the main reason of racism as well.

The term pinay = tagalog refers to a titular nation and it applies specifically to a person who can speak tagalog language.

In this case Visayans live in non tagalog-speaking areas and, as a natives of their own languages, they can not speak tagalog correctly. Because of this, they had not considered as a true filipinos.
