Only far western Belgium is of celtic stock (later germanized by frisians, salians, and batavi), the rest is divided between romanized and batavianized western germanic groups

While in Switzerland, only the east was germanized, and much later

I should think Belgium. Germanic influence beyond south Germany is probably minor.

That crows is made up by mostly swiss students (+ few germans and few non-germanics/non-euros), they look clearly more germanic than your average british students despite scoring lower in the map..

Swiss people don't exist.

There are the German-Swiss, the French Swiss and the Italian Swiss.

German Swiss are basically Southwestern Germans plus some more Alpine/Dinarid/Med (French) from their proximity with the French.

French Swiss are more leaning to French from the close regions of France.

Italian Swiss from Ticino are North Italians with some aditional SE French and perhaps minor German.

Belgians are half Flemish (Dutch who are more Germanic than South Germans) and half Northern France/Wallon (Northern French from Nord Pas de Calais and Wallon Belgium has a lot of Dutch/Frisians influences as well).

So I think Belgians take the cake here. Swiss have more Mediterranean.

Belgians are a bit more northern overall, Germanic is still a vague term but let's say for convenience it's the same. Belgians are usually similar to central-northern France. Swiss more like central France, maybe even leaning slightly to the south. There s a major overlap between Swiss French and Swiss Germans, Swiss Italians are a bit more distinct.

I would think Switzerland. Many Swiss are Germans. Dinaric Swiss are were intelligent and are the superior sub race according to some researchers.

Germanic Y-DNA :

Belgium = 38%
Switzerland = 22%

Switzerland will never be Germanic than Belgium.

In Belgium, Flemish are the same as Southern Dutch people. Remember Ancient Flanders stretched from southern Netherlands all the way to parts of northern France. These are similar people. The most Germanic part of France (Nord-Pas-de-Calais) was part of Ancient Flanders in the Middle Ages. Flanders was also part of what Romans called the Saxon shore.

You have guessed. There is way more Roman influence in Switzerland than in Belgium. Celtic (the Helvetii) people lived for a very long time in this country and were displaced to the scale that the Celts in Britain were! The Belgae tribes of Belgium were already a mix of Celtic and Germanic people!!!!
