Rare real light blonde Hungarian Subnordid. Eye color is either dark blue or brown.

He's a real blond and would definitely fit in central / northern europe.

My guess would be Polish or Czech but I wouldn't be surprised if he were from Scandinavia or around the Baltic sea.

He could also be Dutch, German or Hungarian.

His traits are too Germano-Slav to be from the British isles and this kind of pigmentation is very rare in France.
