Surprising results NB Southern Europe. Whether these will change (they weren't available earlier this morning) I don't know. I myself get 0% South European.
Unfortunately can't currently download raw data to upload to Gedmatch. Have heard it can be 1-2 days before it is available.
I am not sure how these results tie in with mine- British isles 61% Scandinavia 37% North Africa 1%. Subtracting my father's Scandinavian and British isles suggests my mother has 21% Scandinavian and 88% British isles which doesn't make sense( or maybe I am doing it wrong? Feel free to correct me if so).
Unfortunately my mother died in 2010 and was never tested. She only used the internet when I visited her once a week and was not interested in genealogy.
She was the only child of her parent's marriage so no full siblings to seek to test. Whether there were half brothers and sisters I have no idea. I never did meet my maternal grandfather who died in 1988.
