It's strange, even if the photo is in black and white, i feel that all these Argentines seem look fully European (although they are young)...

In 1869,1895 and 1914 Argentine national census 50% of Buenos Aires population was foreign born. The other 50% were the children of the immigrants who were obviously counted as "argentines" in the census.

If this pic is from Buenos Aires it is very likely that these people were full euro.
