The Irish team have more Brünn or Keltic influence. They look more British.

The Norwegians have more Nordid (Hallstatt, Trønder) and they look more Scandinavian.

Ireland: Keltic Nordid, North Atlantid/Atlantid facade, Brunn and Alpinid traits (as a group of people have less phenotypical overlap with continental Northwestern Euros than English or Scots do, imo)
Norway: Hallstatt type, Corded Nordid, Borreby, Tydal, Faelid, West Baltid mainly.

There is overlap, but by and large the Irish look like a Northern/Western European mix, whereas the Norwegians look more classically Germanic/Northern Euro.
