I quote Wikipedia (France): "Émile Wandelmer is a French singer, born February 15, 1949 in Rabastens to Spanish parents, refugees from Franco's Spain."

He was the singer of the 80s band, Gold; a group known in France. This band is known for songs like "Capitaine abandonné" (among others).

Dinaric + Alpine. Could fit perfectly in Balkans (especially among ex-Yugos).
