Phenotype is not always to be connected to genetics. Mulatto can very look European (although this is rare), without being totally, genetically speaking.

There are people who are genetically Europeans 95/100% and may have a phenotype that, according to some persons, are not "European enough."

So we must choose: do you consider that a European is a person with a phenotype "European" (and it depends on the meaning you give to the word "European": if for you, "Mediterranean Europe" phenotype is not already a phenotype that you find European...), regardless of the DNA results, or do you consider that a European is a person genetically European to 95/100%?

For me, phenotype is secondary (but interesting, and sometimes there may be a link between genetics and phenotype, but sometimes, the phenotype does not seem to "correspond" with dna results), genetic is more important
