2nd one is mostly baskid
Both look Iberian, 2nd one can also be Basque.

Second one is a British actress, who play in Game of Throne show, Kate Dickie.

1st one is Atlanto-Med + Alpine to me

2nd one could actually fit in Sweden if she had a smaller nose.

Maran is either a Romanian or French name according to this; http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=maran
I'm guessing she is of French decent. Probably from somewhere near France.
2nd one is Scottish, I guess keltid can fit as well, but there is a theory that keltic nordids are baskid+ nordic. IDK, she can pass as a basque. Iberians today are a large part celtic.

#1 is Atlanto-Med mostly with a little Alpine; I'd guess as having heritage from Northern Spain or France. #2: Dinarid + CM.
