Maltese look like Sicilians, because they are. A morph from around Agrigento or Caltanissetta should look like this too.

Any phenotype found in Malta can be found in Sicily. Maltese are descended directly from people in Sicily, and the island was nearly uninhabited before the Middle Ages. Any ancestry that was there also would be found in Sicily, like Sicanian and Phoenician.

Maltese, Sicilians, and Ashkenazim form one genetic cluster.
