I'm thinking of getting some relatives tested, that live in Northern-Central Mexico. And for build my tree on 23andme. I think will get one of them tested here: They are sisters/brothers of each other. Does it make a differences who I test from them, or who you say I should test, if I can get that one tested.
Some info about them, They look mainly similar Euro looking in phenotype and fair skinned etc. Some with light eyes and dark eyes and hazel and most with brown hair, some with some blondish. And from what I was told,a great-great grandmother was a 'indian' " or 'indiomestizo'.

Anyway, I'm thinking of buying a kit, for when I go again over there, to test one of them, and ship it when back here. which they are all sisters/brothers. So who's the best to test, or it doesn't matter? or for more information, has to be a male? I want to make it worth doing it, for their results and build the family tree on 23andme.
I wonder what would be the GEDmatch scores, like for Atlantic Med etc.

Let the guy wearing the cap take the DNA test. It would be interesting to see his results. The rest would surely score more than 70 or 80 percent European in my opinion, especially the women in the photo.

Autosomal DNA somewhat differs between siblings. I'd say the guy should take it since he has an interesting phenotype.

I wonder how Basque he would be in genetics, since him and the bottom one in pool pic look predominantly Baskid type in phenotype and they also have a Basque origin last name, "Aguayo".

Yes. So part of my question here, does it matter who I get to take the DNA test, since they are siblings, hermanas y hermano. And would be almost like getting them tested at ones.

Maybe some of the men should take the test - one looks quite Basque, the other having an unique look also. But this is not my business - you should decide.

Yeah and I was thinking that, also for more informative like about on their Y-DNA haplogroup side. Which the female don't the Y-DNA haplogroup when test.

Yeah test the men first, that way you have both haplogroups
