I have not sort photos in not putting forward that the most "light" people; all photos come from this site:: http://www.guidogazzilli.com/index.php/stories/sardinian-portraits/

I specify that the photos are in order.

I add for those wondering: yes, it is true that we can not be certain that all these person are pur Sardinians, but we can see some archaic face features (eg on the first picture, second picture and other), others less; These picture seems correspond to phenotypes that can be found in Sardinia.

I noticed that some Sardinians have in common the same facial features Paleo-Sardinian more Dinazarid (or a nose much more pronounced, big enough) than "Berid" and close enough to the Otzi phenotype, look:

They can all pass in Balkans, anywhere.

S Cro-Magnids mainly (most look 100% mesolithic european). Very odd to find so few with Near-Eastern phenotypes (Alpine-Med-Dinaric) that dominate S Italy. Is this cherrypicking?

Sardinia has zero in common with south Italy, this explain the differences

No, you can go to the site, I just took the pictures available on the website without making any sorting and I doubt that the guy (photographer) know the concept of "nordicism".

According Aherne (http://s1.zetaboards.com/anthroscape/topic/936817/2/): "Based on these pictures, Sardinians show up as an isolated population that does not look Italian at all. However, I've also seen pictures of my fellow Romanians showing up what authors considered to be typical Romanians, but carefully selecting the lightest exemplaries. My point is there may be a bias here as well. Most Sardinians I've seen look like Cro Magnids (Franco Columbu would be a fine example) and the Mediterrannean element is just a minority. The Cro Magnid element also forms the racial backbone of Southern Italy, but what makes Sardinia unique is that these two types account for almost ALL native Sardinians (whereas Italians are much more diverse). The Mediterrannean element looks very un-European and was probably brought by prehistoric migrations from Near East, which can be contrasted with atlanto-mediterrannean type in Spain which seems to be a native development"

Totally disagree with him. The mediterranean in Sardinia is one of the most pure and unmixed Mediterranean.

It should will one day understand that there is a white race with differents types of the same race; and Mediterranean type is one of these types from white race.

In addition, the genetic results of Sardians contradicts him: Sardinians are Mediterranean in big majority (genetically speaking) without mixed signiticative; unmixed with North Africa or Saharid, nor Negro, etc.

For those most blind and stubborn:

= Sardinian are genetically more South European.

No one can dispute the reality of things; genetics does not lie.
