How would you classify this French actress and author? Where would she fit best?

She has a very mediterranean look imo. I think she'd also fit well in Italy, Sardinia or Greece.

I too wonder if she could pass in Spain. I mean I'm sure she could, but there's something about her that looks more Italian. Maybe some slight dinaric?
