Gunther classified them as "Phalian", to me they are all pretty much Cromagno-Alpinoid with Dinarid,
Vespasian Cromagnid-Dinarid + Alpinoid
Titus Cromagnid-Alpinoid + Dinarid
Domitian Dinarid-Alpinoid-Cromagnid

Vespasian and Dominitian have very well visible Dinarid influences. Normally - without knowledge of pigmentation - I would classify them Alpinoid/Dinaroid. But they have fair pigmentation so I guess Cromagnid element is also present. I agree with your classification then.

"Phalian" for Guenther was just Cromagnid if I am not wrong. So he was - at least partly - right.

Yes, though Phalian usually goes for Dalofaelid, and these might be less gracile Cromagnoids than them. Well obviously even pigmentation aside, massive jaws and broad mandibles, especially in Vespasian, are CM traits too, also shape of skull, though not high enough for Borreby, type reveal CM influence.

Vespasian Cromagnoid-Dinarid.

Titus Alpinoid/Cromagno-Alpinoid with Dinarid.

Domitian Cromagnid-Dinarid-Alpinoid in that order.

They all have indeed a Cromagnoid element, but if Günther would have classified them as Dalofaelid-Nordid it would have made still more sense than just Dalofaelid (if that's true), because especially Vespasian and Domitian have a Taurid or at least Aurignacoid element.

They look somehow like a Dalofaelid head with a Dinarid midface so to say, interesting rather progressive feature combination, which is not that common now, but might have been more common then, because it was part of the long-headed + somewhat Dinaroid facial traits classic Roman combination - then quite frequent in various parts of Europe, more frequent than now it seems, though one could find such phenotypes in Europe today as well..
