Oh this is only too real. Africa thinks that it saw colonisation by Europeans, it has seen nothing.

Chinese colonists will not so much as want to breathe the same air as Black Africans by the time they are through, never mind talk to, live with and integrate with, and I predict that they will become true colonists, displacing Black African people demographically.

If not stopped, the jobs that poor Black Africans do, poor Chinese people will do, and maybe better and more cheaply, such is their way.
