How come turks have many "white american" relatives in 23andme relative finder?

How come turks have many "white american" relatives in 23andme relative finder that are of fully british,irish or german ancestry, but not so many european relatives that are of fully british,irish or german ancestry that still live in those respective countries?

It kind of doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone have an explanation?
