Wiki: "born in 1971 in Milan (Italy), is a Swiss author."

He is Italian origin, but I do not know if he is fully Italian.

He should be fully Italian. His surname is Falotti, San Giorgio is a pseudonyme.

Having an original Italian name does not mean being completely of Italian origin, do you know? We inherit father's family name!
