Anglo-Saxon. Celts were all pushed westwards during the Anglo-Saxon invasions.

The woman on the left looks Irish, the other I'm not sure. Neither look Anglo Saxon to me.

there are probably more anglo -saxon types in holland(Frisi were in alliance with saxons)/north germany from where they originated than all of britain.
